Licensing Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the audio files provided by ENVSN ("Licensor") to the purchaser ("Licensee"). By purchasing and downloading the audio pack, the Licensee agrees to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio files provided ("Licensed Material") in commercial and non-commercial projects, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee is authorized to use the Licensed Material in the following ways:

  • In advertisements, TV, film, video games, websites, social media, and other media.

  • As background music, sound effects, jingles, or sound design in the Licensee’s projects.

  • To integrate into commercial works such as video or audio content, without limitation to the number of reproductions.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee is prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Licensed Material as part of another audio product or service.

  • Using the Licensed Material in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Claiming the Licensed Material as their own original work.

4. Ownership

The Licensor retains full ownership of the Licensed Material and any related intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights.

5. Alteration

The Licensee may modify, edit, or manipulate the Licensed Material for their projects, provided the modifications do not violate the terms of this Agreement.

6. Attribution

The Licensee is not required to provide attribution when using the Licensed Material, though it is encouraged where possible.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Licensed Material is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor does not guarantee the Licensed Material will meet the Licensee’s specific needs or be free from errors.

8. Liability

The Licensor is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Licensed Material. The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any legal claims related to the use of the Licensed Material.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must stop using the Licensed Material and remove it from any projects, media, or content.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings related to the subject matter of this Agreement.
